Third Party apps in Facebook need to be set to "Public" in order to work correctly.  You'll need to take this step in order to ensure that Live Leap will syndicate along your set up route.  This is something that needs to be done the first time you log into Live Leap and anytime after you do a Reset of the account from the Account Settings section of the Live Leap Dashboard. 

Go to Facebook, visit Settings > Business Integrations> Show All > View & Edit Live Leap >

Under the section titled 

WHO CAN SEE YOU USE THIS BUSINESS INTEGRATION:

Business integrations visibility and post audience

Select Public and then click Save.
